Because most of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, we maintain the following return policy.

   1.    Custom Printed Products

All customized or printed products (including custom T-shirts, printed items, and personalized products) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

 

   2.    Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, or has a printing error caused by our production team, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item.

Please provide:
* Order number
* Photos of the product
* Description of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement item or a partial/full refund.

 

   3.    Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
* Customer provided wrong design or spelling
* Customer selected wrong size or color
* Change of mind after order confirmation
* Normal color variation due to screen display

 

   4.    Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
